Are you a solicitor working in immigration and asylum law? Do you want to use your skills to defend people’s rights, challenge injustice and support communities affected by immigration control?
You could be our new Immigration Solicitor/IAA Level 2/3 and IAAS Senior Caseworker providing essential front-line advice and representation across the North West. In this role you’ll work both independently and as part of a committed team in Manchester and Liverpool, dealing with all immigration and asylum matters at IAAS Senior Caseworker level to ensure people facing immigration control receive high-quality legal support and are treated with dignity and fairness.

- Responsible to: CEO of GMIAU
- Hours: 35 hours per week (flexitime)
- Location: Manchester – our Crumpsall office (at least two days per week)
- Salary scale 23–30: £34,433 – £40,777 (depending on experience)
- Contract: Permanent
- Holiday: 28 days
