Lessons Learned from the Windrush Scandal
Solicitors at GMIAU have now put together a full report with insights in to the lessons learned so far from the Windrush Scandal, and how the Home Office have responded to it.
It is intended to provide insight in to the legal aspects of how members of the Windrush generation became entangled in legislation designed to target illegal immigrants.
