We accept requests for advice from individuals as well as referrals from third-parties. Our services, including referrals to GMIAU, are always free of charge.

Immigration Advice and Representation
Our legal team provides expert advice to people in the immigration and asylum system across the North West. We have limited capacity, but where we cannot take cases on, we will provide advice.
Children & Young People
We support children and young people to be looked after, secure and safe in the UK. Refer to our legal services, All4One group, or to the KIND UK project.
Homelessness & Crisis
Adults without children in Greater Manchester can get help through the Restricted Eligibility Support Service (RESS). Families or adults elsewhere in the North West should use our Advice Form.
People Experiencing Domestic Abuse
We support survivors of domestic abuse and help them reach a place of safety and security with a resolved immigration status.
We also help people affected by the Windrush Scandal.
Windrush
We offer free legal help to apply for the Windrush Compensation Scheme. If you think you may be eligible, please get in touch with us via email.
